Trackside assistance + bike delivery
So long as you are within 50 miles of your booked track**, we can get your bike there for you. We can carry up to 3 motorcycles at a time. The rate is charged at £100+85p/mile. This price only applies to our trackday bundle (Trackside suport at £180 + £100 collection fee + 85p/mile/per bike + any additional riders/bike rentals desired).
**We cannot exceed this distance due to lack of time between events.
If you wish to have up to 3 motorcycles transported to anywhere in the UK, unrelated to a trackday, our prices start from £200 and you will be quoted independently for the job. Please use our contact form here to enquire.
It is your responsibility to ensure your bike is safe and ready to take on a trackday, if your vehicle exceeds noise limits (prior to your booking, you can attend most tracks when they are running other trackdays and politely ask to get a decibel test) is not in a safe condition, or does not have lever gaurds fitted, the marshalls will deny you participating -we cannot refund you in this scenario as we have already commit our time to attend and set up. Please be prepared in good time for your event.
We have tools for tweaking and nipping up, unfortunately we are not here to achieve your dream bike build -but nice try if that’s what you were hoping for! If you are unsure of the track-readiness of your bike, please book in with your local mechanic to ensure you’re ready to go. If you are local to South East London/Kent feel free to book in for a pre-circuit inspection with us via email or our contact form.
Please complete the booking form below and we will send you the tailored quote for the travel (to and from) the track, and any other trackside attendance fees. Please do not pay for the other services separately, we will consolidate all services required into one easy payment for you.
Please ensure you also notify us of any additional riders attending on the day who wish to use our services, as they come at an additional charge. Family and friends are welcome to attend at no charge.

Some T&Cs (boring but compulsory)
Please ensure you book us for the correct day; if you have made an error in booking, please call us ASAP, our number will be on the booking email. You can move your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the booked date (subject to availability). If you change the date within 7 days of your booking, your £80 deposit becomes non-refundable. This £80 must be paid on arrival at the rescheduled date (bank transfer or cash only). Until this charge is paid, we cannot begin the rental service. If the charge is refused, the full original payment will be forfeited, and we will decline any future bookings.
If you cancel twice within 7 days of your booked date, we will not offer further rebooking, and the full payment will be retained.
Changes or cancellations made within one day of the booked date are non-refundable. E.g: A Monday booking can be changed up until Saturday 5pm, or a Wednesday booking can be changed up until Monday 5pm (office hours are over at 5pm). After these cut-off times, no refunds or rescheduling are available and you will need to make a new booking.
If you have family or friends attending, please ensure they are courteous, sober and not a hazard to any other attendees on the day. Trackdays are great fun, but a live pit lane is a high-risk area, we hold no responsibility for the safety of the other members of your party. Unfortunately, we do not allow any children under the age of 16 into the van for safety purposes.
