Please note, we currently only book onto MSV Trackdays and YOU must book the trackday yourself. We only cover the bike and/or services booked on the day, we cannot make track bookings due to the required safety briefings and waivers you must complete when booking with MSVT.
On the day, we will greet and show you around the van. You will have charging points, dedicated riding gear and helmet storage, a visor cleaning station and a well-stocked drinks fridge on the house! Next, we’ll show you where to get signed in, while we get the tyre warmers on and ready to hit the tarmac! Please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions about the bikes or track etiquette, we are here to help you have the best day possible.
You must hold a full A/unrestricted UK bike license to use our bikes, we do not currently accept ACU licenses for this service. Before you take our bikes for a spin, there is a boring -yet very important- document you must read and sign. It will be at the bottom of the booking confirmation email and is to be signed on the day. If you haven’t received or seen it, we will have a copy available on the day. Don’t worry, it’s nothing scary. Just the usual waivers you will find on most motorsports contracts, there is also a detailed table on bike damage costs, which are capped at £800 (this capped price never falls under any sales or reduced rates). If you crash and we have a spare bike on hand, it is at our discretion if we will allow you to use it. Please be aware, damage is charged at max £800 per bike, not per client, so you risk an additional £800 charge on damages to the second bike.
Please treat our bikes fairly. Erratic riding, over revving, showing poor bike control, getting black flagged for poor riding, or abuse towards staff or other track attendees will result in termination of your day with us and no refund awarded.
In the unlikely event we experience severe mechanical failure and are unable to attend the event, you will be refunded for the full day not including the price of your trackday. However, you will be offered a voucher of the equivalent price of your trackday towards your next purchase with us to compensate for the missed day. This does not apply to the Trackside Support only service as you will still be able to attend the trackday, it just won’t be as fun without us.
Ok, the heavy stuff is over. Don’t forget these days are about enjoying some of the best thrills you can get in the biking community. We will be on our best behaviour, and we ask you do the same. Please keep it fun, respectful and it’s going to be a great day!
